I’ve been talking about the immersions quite a bit on the podcast lately… and then I was politely reminded...
Not everyone listens to podcasts 🤦🏻♀️
So if you have no idea what I mean when I say "immersion", this email is for you.
But before we talk about the immersions... can I tell you something a little strange?
My intuition doesn’t usually come through images. I’m not someone who typically “sees” things.
But maybe the motherhood portal changed something. (Or maybe sleep deprivation has officially pushed me into hallucination territory.)
Because recently, I’ve had two crystal clear visions come through.
One was of my son... as a 5 year old. A big toothy grin that made my heart melt. His hair was lighter and straighter than I would've predicted. 🥹
And the second?
An image of the woman I’m meant to work with for this final immersion spot. Oddly, her hair was also the feature that came through strongest in the image. ➰
Time will tell if either of these visuals come true...
Anyway ... back to the immersions 🐿️
1-1 Luxury Immersions are what I'm pouring my energy into (alongside midnight feeds, contact naps, and the beautiful chaos of new motherhood 🥰)
These are deeply personalized 4-day experiences designed for the woman who knows there’s something she wants to do, change, create, or cross off her bucket list this year… but keeps finding herself stuck at the edge of it.
The immersions blend The Self-Trust Model™, nervous system work, parts work, deep inner exploration, nature, spaciousness, ritual, and practical action.
Part luxury retreat.
Part therapeutic deep dive.
Part “your future self will thank you for being brave enough to come".
Think of these 4 days as jet fuel for the thing you can’t stop thinking about.
And guess what?
There is one spot remaining for 2026.
If you want to hear some of the conversations that inspired these immersions, check out Season 2 of The Self-Trust Podcast.
And if you’re sitting there with that little internal whisper of “...maybe?”, apply for the final immersion spot and let's chat. 🍵
