As a therapist, I'd often send resources to my clients on Internal Family Systems (IFS). It's a model that, while deeply intuitive, also can take repetition to understand the complexity of. Hearing many people explain it in many ways over many years has really helped me. 😂
There are tons of podcast episodes out there on IFS and the creator, Dick Schwartz, has been interviewed hundreds of times.
But to be honest, I never had a *favorite* episode to share.
*Also... if you've been around on this email list for a while and haven't been getting the weekly Trust Tuesday emails - you can now OPT IN for new emails - starting with a 20min video on IFS - explaining exiles, firefighters, and managers.
